RESOLUTION NO. 2025-067
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHINO APPROVING A SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT TO THE CITY OF CHINO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2022-2023.
WHEREAS, the City of Chino is proposing a Substantial Amendment to the City of Chino’s CDBG Annual Action Plan 2022-23 and adopted FY 2025-26 CDBG program budget; and WHEREAS, the proposed amendment will transfer $31,500 in CDBG program funds as outlined in the table below:

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHINO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approves the proposed amendment to the City’s FY 2025-26 CDBG Program budget described above by adopting this Resolution.
Section 2. That a certified copy of this resolution shall be filed in the offices of the City Manager, City Attorney, City Treasurer, and City Clerk.
Section 3. That the Mayor shall sign, and the City Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this resolution.
