Subject: Ability to Serve Sewer Service - 13122 Roswell Avenue To Whom It May Concern:
This letter serves as confirmation that the City of Chino is the exclusive provider of sanitary sewer services within the City's limits and Sphere of Influence (SOI). Property owners within the SOI may submit requests to connect their property to the City's sewer system.
Following a review of the existing sewer infrastructure surrounding the property at 13122 Roswell Avenue, City staff determined that the nearest sewer line is situated on Roswell Avenue, directly adjacent to the property. Therefore, the City of Chino hereby issues this "Ability to Serve" letter, indicating the availability of sewer service for the proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit at the aforementioned address.
If you are still interested in connecting to the public system, City staff is happy to assist you. The City would need to first obtain a copy of the recorded Grant Deed for your property. Once the deed is received by staff, the irrevocable offer of annexation agreement and application process will begin. Please note, the proposed irrevocable offer of annexation agreement is conditioned on the applicant paying all applicable connection fees and securing plan check approval for the additional sewer infrastructure.
