Due to 5% cap, it was noted that staff would re-evaluate fee in FY 2027; Staff was able to correct the fee calculation for the SF 3-Cart only.
This fee is intended to recover the City's costs for administering, monitoring, and enforcing compliance with state-mandated waste diversion and recycling programs, including AB 939, AB 341, AB 1826, and SB 1383. Bin/Roll-Off/Compactor Services 13.67% of the Disposal.
