work done so far carried out by the City’s
master developer in The Preserve. The
expenses for this completed work have not yet
been reconciled. Additionally, the City is
leading the efforts on Pine Avenue between
Johnson and Euclid Avenues, including the
intersection of Euclid Avenue and Pine
Avenue. The City is nearing the final stages of
the preliminary engineering and design phase.
