I am a resident of chino and I been hearing news about this The Chino City Council will decide whether or not to allow Aypa Power to build and operate a 400 megawatt battery storage facility near homes, schools, and Ayala Park.
I for one do not want any data center or power battery build in my neighborhood. Why was the resident not told this earlier to prep and it should be us who should vote yes or no on it not the city councils.
I am voicing my concern and will call your office to address this to everyone in the city council if needed. We have the right in chino as resident to decide not to have this.
