District Consultant Agreement No. CIIS-2324-047 entered into on 6/1/2023 and amended on 12/14/2023 as CIIS—2324-047-1 by and between the Chino Valley Unif‘Ied School District of San Bernardino County and City of Chino is herewith amended for the period of 7/1/2023 through 6/30/2024 as authorized by the terms and conditions of the original Agreement No. CIIS—2324-047 as here amended.
AMENDMENT #1 - increase contract by $14,009.71 for increased services.
All other terms, conditions and provisions of Agreement No. CIIS-2324-O47 shall remain in force.
