I strongly disagree with the request to construct a 100-unit condo community. It doesn't state if the construction of these condos are 3-4-stories. My reasoning is it doesn't fit this residential community. The area around this community has ONLY 1 and 2-story homes, apartments and condos. Putting a complex taller than the 1-2-story homes behind this project along with the extra vehicles, people and congested roadways only makes this area a high potential for a huge loss in the quality of life. The quality of life and privacy for the residents that live on Barbara Street will be greatly impacted. We, the residents of the area of Chino, deserve a quality of life that represents what Chino has to offer. A 3-4-story complex does not fit that requirement for us. Please reconsider reducing the complex to no more than a 2-story complex that will keep Chino respectful of the residents that have been in this community for years and continue to grant them their quality of life.
