I strongly disagree with the request to construct a 3-story 210-unit rental community. My reasoning is it doesn't fit this residential community. The area around this community has ONLY 1 and 2-story homes, apartments and condos. Putting a 3-story complex along with the extra vehicles, people and congested roadways only makes this area a high potential for a huge loss in the quality of life. We, the residents of the area of Chino, deserve a quality of life that represents what Chino has to offer. This 3-story complex does not fit that requirement for us. Please reconsider reducing the complex to no more than a 2-story complex that will keep Chino respectful of the residents that have been in this community for years and continue to grant them their quality of life.
