Motion by Council Member Ahmed, Seconded by Council Member Palmer to Approve the Agenda as Presented. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote with Council Member Smith absent.

1. 1 Presentation of the City' s Fiscal Year 2020- 2021 Financial Statement Audit (Pruett) Motion by Council Member Palmer, Seconded by Council Member Ahmed to Accept the Presentation of the City' s Fiscal Year 2002- 2021 Financial Statement Audit. Motion passed with Council Member Smith absent.
