1. 1 Consideration and Adoption of a City Council Resolution Authorizing Use of Remote Teleconferencing Provisions ( AB 361 and Government Code Section 54653) McClendon/ Lerner)
Motion by Council Member Palmer, Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Barragan to Approve City Council Resolution # 87- 22, Adopting the Authorization Use of Remote Teleconferencing Provision ( AB 361 and Government Code Section 54653). Motion passed by roll call vote with Council Member Ahmed absent and Council Member Smith recused himself.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Chavez adjourned the Special City Council Meeting at 5: 49 p. m.
