Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Ahmed, Seconded by Council Member Barragan to Approve the Consent Calendar as Presented. Motion passed by roll call vote with Council Members Chavez and Troost absent.

Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Ahmed, Seconded by Council Member Barragan to Approve the Madera County Economic Development Commissions 2024-2025 Fiscal Year Basic Service Level Budget Proposal. Motion passed by roll call vote with Council Members Chavez and Troost absent.
6.2 Discussion and/or Direction: Development and Implementation of a Beautification Committee (Rogers)
ACTION: It was the consensus of the City Council for staff to move forward with developing and implementing a Beautification Committee.
6.3 Discussion and/or Direction: Quarterly Legislative Update (Lerner) ACTION: Accepted; no action.
