Motion by Council Member Barragan, Seconded by Council Member Chavez to Select Map 401 with the Proposed Election Year Sequencing (2024: Districts 3 & 4; 2026: District 1 & 2), and a 2- Year At-Large Mayoral Term. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
2.2 Introduction and First Reading by Title of Ordinance No. 521-24, Establishing By- District Elections (Lerner)

Motion by Mayor Smith, Seconded by Council Member Troost to Approve Introduction and First Reading by Title of Ordinance 521-24, Establishing By-District Elections with Map 401, Proposed Sequencing, and a 2-Year Mayoral Term. Motion passed unanimously by roll call cote.
