PUBLIC HEARING - Section 1
1.1 Consideration and Adoption of a City Council Resolution Confirming the Diagram and Assessments and Approving the Levy and Collection of the Annual Assessments for Landscape Maintenance and Lighting District No. 90-1 of the City of Chowchilla for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 (Rogers)
Mayor Smith opened the public hearing at 4:08 p.m. No one came forward for or against the item.

Motion by Council Member Chavez, Seconded by Council Member Barragan to Approve City Council Resolution # 43-24, Confirming the Diagram and Assessments and Approving the Levy and Collection of the Annual Assessments for Landscape Maintenance and Lighting District No. 90-1 of the City of Chowchilla for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
NEW BUSINESS - Section 2
2.1 Consideration and Adoption of a City Council Resolution Authorizing the City Administrator or Designee to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement with Caltrans for the Clean California Enhancement Project on State Route 233/Robertson Boulevard (Rogers)
Motion by Council Member Troost, Seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Ahmed to Approve City Council Resolution # 44-24, Authorizing the City Administrator or Designee to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Cooperative Agreement with Caltrans for the Clean California Enhancement Project on State Route 233/Robertson Boulevard. Motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
