INVOCATION: Mayor Smith announced that the invocation would be moved to the regular City Council meeting. No invocation was given at this session.
OPEN SESSION - 4:00 PM
SECTION 1 - PRESENTATIONS
1.1 Donation Request from Chowchilla Rotary for Their Downtown Beautification Program
Diana Palmer, representing Chowchilla Rotary, requested $10,000.00 to assist with their "Beautify Chowchilla" project to modernize downtown business fronts.
Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Troost, Seconded by Council Member Ahmed, to Approve the Donation Request from the Chowchilla Rotary for their Downtown Beatification Program. Motion passed by roll call vote with Council Member Barragan absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Smith adjourned the September 9, 2025 Special City Council meeting at 4:12 p.m.
