I would like the council to address the ongoing traffic backup issue on east L street at Nacion Ave. the traffic Warning:

External
Email
backs up between 1-6 pm everyday because the traffic light at Nacion and the southbound ramp to I -805 are totally out of sync. The traffic backs up past monserate with horns honking and people yelling at each other.

Also it’s very difficult for the residents to enter into L st as no one will let us in and this is very frustrating. Cv traffic division had synced the lights before and need them to do it again o r this traffic issue will get worse.

Also it’s very difficult for emergency vehicles to get by all of the traffic. We really need this issue fixed. When the lights are synced the traffic is great. Please discuss and ask the traffic division to once and for all sync up the lights. Thx Steve
