As I won't be able to watch the meeting live to submit my comment, I would like to make it known to you so it can be added at the appropriate time.
Regarding the " Organic Waste" Program Rates: please require that EVERYONE PAYS something whether they have room for a bin or not. This law SB 1383 is for everyone and not a select few. Everyone needs to pay something. Thank you.
