Options:
Section 3.1 Term
Franchise term….shall terminate on June 30, 2024
Section 3.2 Extension of Initial Term by City or Republic Republic shall have the option to extend the term for an additional seven(7) year period on the same terms and conditions….Provided that the City Manager reasonably determines that Republic:
• Has satisfactorily performed; and
• Is in full compliance with this franchise and applicable law; and • Has the ability to perform its obligations under this franchise during the extended term
