1. CALL TO ORDER
Public Comments:
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Chula Vista was called to order at 8:06 p.m. in the Council Chambers, located in City Hall, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, California.
Following the meeting being called to order, the meeting was recessed to consider the items on the regular City Council meeting agenda, a notice of which was provided separately.

Mayor Casillas Salas announced that the Council would convene in closed session to discuss the items listed below.
