Can you please address the traffic issue at Nacion Ave and East L St. the traffic signals are always out of sync with the cal trans light and has been for years. Eddie Flores is aware of this but nothing permanent has been established as of today. It’s a nightmare for us homeowners who live on the side streets in trying to merge onto L st. Please can someone fix this so this issue will go away. Thx The public may address the Council on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Council but not on the agenda.
