RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA RATIFYING THE CITY MANAGER’S
APPOINTMENT OF STACEY KURZ AS THE DIRECTOR
OF HOUSING AND HOMELESS SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Chula Vista’s Charter Section 500 (a) grants the City Manager the authority to appoint department heads subject to the approval of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has selected Stacey Kurz to fill the position of Director of Housing and Homeless Services, effective November 18, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, that it approves the City Manager’s appointment of Stacey Kurz to Director of Housing and Homeless Services effective November 18, 2022.
