SECOND AMENDMENT TO LABOR MANAGEMENT
WORKERS’ COMPENSATION ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE
RESOLUTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA AND THE CHULA VISTA POLICE OFFICERS
ASSOCIATION
This Second Amendment (“Second Amendment’) shall update the existing language related to the Alternate Dispute Resolution Agreement (“Agreement”) that is currently in effect by and between the City of Chula Vista (“City”) and the Chula Vista Police Officer’s Association (“CVPOA”), pursuant to California Labor Code Section 3201.7(a)(3)(c) as follows:
1. Pursuant to this Second Amendment, the parties herein agree to extend the terms and conditions of the Labor-Management Agreement- ADR MOU for another year to January 12, 2024.
2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement not modified by the First and this Second Amendment shall remain in full force and effect.
