Drug Entiremen A chiration In Calendar Year 2022, our HIDTA Executive Board approved raises for several Chula Vista management positions to include the HIDTA Deputy Director, the Kell Meatine Imperial Valley Drug Coalition (IVDC) Director, and the HIDTA Financial San Diego County Manager. All of these management positions have been tied to the Federal General Schedule (GS) per the HIDTA Executive Board at various levels listed below. The Roxana Kennedy
Chief San Diego LECC Director, who is also tied to GS schedule, will remain at a GS15 Chula Vista Police Department
Step 5 level. These positions are not eligible for city step increases nor city cost of Tyler R. Hatcher living adjustments. Each year we provide the federal salary rate, and any step Acting Special Agent in Charge
Interal Revenue Service increases for which they might be eligible.
