This item is not on tonight's agenda but it was on tonight's KPBS News. Chula Vista not longer has the formal desiginaton as a "Welcoming City" which the last City Council approved and the City Manager recently appears to have not renewed leaving one to wonder did the Chula Vista City Attorney act appropriately? Whatever the answer, the image of our city has been deminshed and the City Manager should give an account for her actions! The public may address the Council on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Council but not on the agenda.
