Are lobbyists required to register & disclose gifts etc. with Chula Vista as they are in the city of San Diego? If not, how can the community push for such a requirement or ordinance? Nancy Relaford
Please explain the role of the City Manager in the City's decision making, and how/whether transparency and open meeting compliance applies to that position. if your concern is a welcoming city ... REMEMBER they use drone to 1st respond. licence plate readers if there is a camera anyone can use facial recognition , look at the cvpd data and fire. plenty of data all open source. listen i think there is a REDline and i know many people want to come to this police state that uses drones.. when u cant even get a pizza from a drone but they can use it TO protect you... they will say anything to protect you... if u care about DATA why dont u care these UNIPARTY are using our city to make a SURVEILLANCE state. im all for tec too.. im a computer guy ... but u wont even question the voting machines... when u have problem.. its no big deal for a revote...
