1) Approve eighth amendment to the American Rescue Plan Act Spending Plan;
2) Approve “Phase 1” improvements to Harborside Park;
3) Authorize the City Manager or designee to enter into all agreements or contracts; and
4) Reallocate $900,000 in funds and amending budget.
Provide direction on Phase 2 and 3 concepts.
