OF A COUNTY HIGHWAY VAC. 80-39
On motion of Supervisor Fordem , seconded by Supervisor Hedgecock, the following resolution is adopted

recommended, e proposed vacation the nent - 6197 2 9 is0 2a proved and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors finds that the vacation is not subject to the environmental review process; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that said hereinafter described highway is not useful as a non-motorized transportation facility and is unnecessary for present or prospective public use as a county highway; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors that, pursuant to the procedures prescribed by Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 8320), Part 3, Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code, the following described county highway is hereby vacated:
Parcel No. 81-0156-A
of Seventh Avenue lying between Blocks 14 and 19 and Blocks 15 That for he office of che County Recorder of the County of San Die 598, State of California.
RESERVING AND EXCEPTING from vacation and abandonment easements and rights pursuant to any existing franchise or renewals thereof, or otherwise, at any time, or from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate, renew and enlarge lines of
structures, equipment and fixtures
telegraphic and telephone lines
electrical energy and water and for incidential purposes including access to described portions of highways proposed to be vacated and abandoned; and protect the property from all hazards in, upon, over and across the above waited
