unincorporated area of the County of San Diego, State of California City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California; and SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation (SDG&E) for valuable consideration, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to any and all person(s) or entity having a legal or equitable interest in the hereinafter described real property all right, title, interest and claim of SDG&E in and to the following described real property that was acquired by virtue of the easement(s) dated May 13, 1981 and recorded May 19, 1981 at Recorder's File/Page No. 81-154859 of Official Records, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County of San Diego.
The real property in which said easements) is quitclaimed is described as follows:
That Portion of Seventh Avenue lying between Blocks 14 and 19 and Blocks 15 and 18 of Brimhall's Addition to Otay, according to Map thereof No.598, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said County of San Diego.
