RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA MAKING VARIOUS AMENDMENTS TO THE
FISCAL YEAR 202 3/24 BUDGET FOR APPROPRIATING
FUNDS THEREFOR
WHEREAS, the City Charter states that at any meeting after the adoption of the budget, the City Council may amend or supplement the budget by a motion adopted by the affirmative votes of at least four members; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending increasing $68,557 in expense appropriations and $34,279 in revenue approprations in the General Fund resulting in a net impact of $34,279; and
WHEREAS, staff is recommending increase Other Funds expense appropriations by $73,673 resulting in a net impact; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, that it hereby amends the fiscal year 2023/24 budget and approves the following appropriations:
