RECOMMENDED ACTION:
A) Discuss and take action to determine the procedure to select a maximum of two City Councilmembers to attend the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce 2023 Binational Delegation in Mexico City, October 8-11; and B) Select a maximum of two City Councilmembers to attend the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce 2023 Binational Delegation in Mexico City, October 8-11.
