Re: Nomination for Appointment to Board of Ethics
Pursuant to Chula Vista Municipal Code section 2.28.050(A), a panel ("Panel") consisting of a Board of Ethics Member ( William Gerston) and Charter Review Member (Victor Lopez) interviewed applicants for appointment to the Board of Ethics (three vacancies ) on November 29, 2023 and hereby nominate the following for appointment to the Board of Ethics:
• Leslie Hurst
Leslie Hurst would replace Scott Wm. Davenport.
The Panel would like to place the below nomination for appointment to the Board of Ethics on the December 12, 2023 Council Agenda for ratification and schedule the oaths of office for the following meeting.
