RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA RATIFYING THE CITY MANAGER’S
APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES/
RISK MANAGEMENT – TANYA TOMLINSON
WHEREAS, the City of Chula Vista’s Charter Section 500 (a) grants the City Manager the authority to appoint department heads subject to ratification by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has selected Tanya Tomlinson to fill the position of Director of Human Resources/Risk Management effective January 12, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, that it ratifies the City Manager’s appointment of Tanya Tomlinson to Director of Human Resources/Risk Management effective January 12, 2024.
