NOTICE OF EXERCISE OF OPTION TO EXTEND AGREEMENT
LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
Pursuantto the terms of that certain agreemententitled Legal Services Agreement (“Agreement”), enteredinto effective June23, 2021 between the City of Chula Vista (“City”) andGatzke Dillon & Ballance LLP (“Attorney”), City herebyexercisesits option to extend term of the Agreement asfollows:
OPTION TERM: October 28, 2022
October 28, 2023
For services performed during this Option Term, City shall compensateAttorney pursuant to the sameterms and conditions asprovided for in the Agreement.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
