INITIAL NOMINATIONS SECOND ROUND OF NOMINATIONS

Any motion that receives a second, will be immediately
voted upon
Nominations will be taken up for a vote in the same seniority order.
If a motion fails, the next motion in the rotation will be voted upon.
If none of the initial motions receives three of more votes, the rotation of making nominations will begin again.
The first affirmative vote of at least three City Councilmembers will result in the finalist being appointed.
