Resident
I stand with the mother of Elizabeth Marie Torres that the city has not done enough to help our community members with addiction. I will forever blame the entire city structure for allowing my family member to die on the streets of Chula Vista. I will never forget, I will never let it go, and I will never stop holding you all accountable.
The public may address the City Council for three minutes each on any matter within the jurisdiction of the City Council that is not on the agenda.
