District 3 and District 4 Council
members should abstain from voting on
any December 3rd agenda items.
December 3rd will be their last meeting
they will not be preset to face
consequences of their Vote.
Let new Council members read study
and ask questions so they will be
knowledgeable informed and get ideas
of what lie in wait for them!
