RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE NATIONAL CITY ANIMAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND CITY
OF NATIONAL CITY
WHEREAS, the City of National City has contracted with Chula Vista Animal Services to provide shelter and medical service to its residents since 1987; and
WHEREAS, The City of National City desires to continue to contract for these services for a one-year term, with 4 options to extend, for a total of up to 5 years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, that it approves the National City Animal Services Agreement between the City and City of National City , in the fo rm presented , with such minor modifications as may be required or approved by the City Attorney, a copy of which shall be kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and authorizes and directs the City Manager to execute same.
