City Attorney Verdugo led the Pledge of Allegiance.
5. NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMED BY MERCEDES GONZALEZ

Mercedes Gonzalez performed the National Anthem.
6. INVOCATION BY REVEREND VICTORIA FREINHEIT
Public Comments:
Reverend Victoria Freinheit offered the invocation.
7. OATH OF OFFICE - DISTRICT 4 CITY COUNCILMEMBER-ELECT CESAR T. FERNANDEZ Public Comments:
Mayor McCann introduced newly elected District 4 Councilmember Fernandez and his guests.
Isaac O. Fernandez and Taavi X. Fernandez administered the ceremonial oath of office to Councilmember Fernandez. City Clerk Bigelow presented him with a certificate of election.
Councilmember Fernandez thanked his supporters and spoke regarding his upcoming term.
8. OATH OF OFFICE - DISTRICT 3 CITY COUNCILMEMBER-ELECT MICHAEL INZUNZA Public Comments:
Mayor McCann introduced newly elected District 3 Councilmember Inzunza and his guests.
Ralph Inzunza, Sr.
administered the ceremonial oath of office to Councilmember Inzunza. City Clerk Bigelow presented him with a certificate of election.
Councilmember Inzunza thanked his supporters and spoke regarding his upcoming term.
