RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN
AND AMENDING THE AUTHORIZED POSITION COUNT IN
VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, in an effort to address the need of the various departments and the City's workforce, the Human Resources Department, in conjunction with various d epartments, is proposing the addition and deletion of certain positions and amending the authorized position count which necessitates amendments to the City’s Classification Plan and departmental position count.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista, that it approves an amendment to the Classification Plan and approves the following changes to the Fiscal Year 2024-25 authorized departmental position counts:
