14.1 Public Employee Performance Evaluation Pursuant to Code Section 54957 Public Comments
Janice Manchester
The handling of the dispensaries and the pending lawsuit against the City for wrongful termination should be considered when discussing the City Manager's employment contract.

It is time to bring in a new City Manager with new ideas and the City Council should support conducting a nationwide search like other jurisdictions/public agencies.

Also, current City employees should be interviewed to see if they have confidence in the current leadership as well as members of the community and other stakeholders. There has been a lot of turn over in recent years in various City Departments due to the leadership (or lack thereof).
