Dear Ahmed,
Please accept our letter of intent to acquire twenty- two ( 22), Ford Police Utility Interceptor under PO to be determined. We understand that Ford Motor company has provided an opportunity to procure these vehicles at current pricing due to economic uncertainty and that this is set to close on May 30, 2025, solely based on the production schedule and current inventory at Sedano Ford La Mesa. Final approval is predicated on Council approval, which will be scheduled as soon as possible.
