Recommended Action
Adopt an ordinance amending various sections of Chula Vista Municipal Code (CVMC) Chapter 2.52 reflecting adjustments to the campaign contribution limits for individuals and political party committees for any election occurring on or after January 1, 2026, based on changes in the Consumer Price Index as required by CVMC section 2.52.040(D).
