Re: Nomination for Appointment to Board of Ethics
Pursuant to Chula Vista Municipal Code section 2.28.050(A), a panel ("Panel"') consisting of a Board of Ethics Member (Leslie Hurst) and Charter Review Member (Dean Disharoon) interviewed applicants for appointment to the Board of Ethics (one vacancy) on October 13, 2025, and nominate Gustavo Padilla for appointment to the Board of Ethics.
The Panel would like to place the nomination for appointment to the Board of Ethics on the October 21, 2025, Council Agenda for ratification and schedule the oath of office for the following meeting.
