First Amendment
to Lease of City Facility Agreement between the
City of Chula Vista
and
Meals- On- Wheels Greater San Diego, Inc.
This FIRST AMENDMENT (“ Amendment”) is entered into effective as of Enter Effective Date Effective Date”) by and betweenthe City of Chula Vista (“City”) and Meals-On-Wheels Greater San Diego, Inc. (“ Lessee”) with reference to the following facts:
RECITALS
WHEREAS, City and Lessee previously entered into a Lease of City Facility Agreement Lease”) on July 1, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the premises described in the Lease is for 1,096 square feet on the second floor of the Norman Park Senior Center located at 270 F Street, Chula Vista, CA 91910 ( the Premises”); and
WHEREAS, Lesseeis in need of additional spaceto addressgrowing community needs for Lessee’s services from December 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026; and WHEREAS, City and Lessee desire to amend the Lease to add to the Premises description a 274 square-foot office spacelocated on the secondfloor of the Norman Park Senior Center to accommodate Lessee’s need for additional space; and
WHEREAS, Lessee shall pay an additional $ 260. 30 per month for the additional 274 square-foot office spaceat a rate of $0.95 per squarefoot from December 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above recitals and the mutual obligations of the parties set forth herein, City and Lesseeagreeasfollows:
1. Exhibit “ A” with exit arrows, Premises of the Leaseshall be amendedasfollows:
a. The original Premises description language under Exhibit “ A” with exit arrows, Premises which states (stylization added for emphasis):
Norman Park Senior Center, 270 F Street, Chula Vista, CA. Space is 1096 square feet. The Premises under this Lease shall include the spacesentitled Meals on Wheels” on the second floor of the Norman Park Senior Center ( map below). Lesseeshall have non-exclusive use of the Kitchen located on the 1st Floor of the Norman Park Senior Center as well.”

Norman Park Senior Center, 270 F Street, Chula Vista, CA. Space is 1096 square feet. The Premises under this Lease shall include the space (entitled Meals on Wheels” on the map below) on the second floor of the Norman Park Senior Center.
From December1, 2025 through June30, 2026, Lesseeshall haveaccessto an additional 274 square- foot office space (entitled “ 274 sq ft” on the map below) located on the secondfloor of the Norman Park Senior Center.
Lesseeshall have non-exclusive useof the Kitchen located on the 1st Floor of the Norman Park Senior Center as well.”
b. The original map disclosed in Exhibit “ A” with exit arrows, Premises which identifies the original premiseslocation asseenbelow:

shall be replaced in its entirety with the following updated map identifying the aforementioned additional 274 square-foot office space:
2. Exhibit “ C”, Payment Schedule of the Leaseshall be amendedto include the terms FY25/ 26 274 sq. ft. x $ 0.95=$ 260. 30 per month x 7 months= $ 1,822. 10” on a new line following the existing terms of “FY25/26 1096 sq. ft. x $.95=$1041.20 per month x 12 months= $ 12,494. 40” and before the terms “ FY 26/ 27 1096 sq. ft. x
1.00=$1096.00 per month x 12 months= $ 13,152.00” ( stylization added for emphasis).
3. Except as expressly provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
4. Each party representsthat it has full right, power and authority to execute this First Amendment and to perform its obligations hereunder, without the need for any further action under its governing instruments, and the parties executing this Amendment on the behalf of such party are duly authorized agents with authority to do so.
