It is time for the City of Chula Vista to hire an independent auditor's office to investigate corruption and other matters. Pushing out City Employees who have contributed to the well being of the CV residents is unfair and self serving. Many of us submitted comments as to why the City Manager's position should have been recruited by a professional firm. The recent news stories demonstrate that there is a coordinated effort to get rid of legacy employees and replaced them with "yes men" versus employees who are dedicated to public service in an ethical manner.

John Acosta, Chula Vista resident, spoke regarding various topics.
