Recommended Action
Adopt an ordinance adding Chapter 2.19 ( Safe Neighbor) to the Chula Vista Municipal Code, establishing protections to ensure that City facilities and contracts are not utilized in a manner that facilitates discrimination, unlawful detention, or the criminalization of individuals based on immigration status . (Second Reading and Adoption)
