SUPPLEMENTAL BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION
Following publication of the agenda item, the Measure P Citizens’ Oversight Committee met on May 14, 2026, and affirmed that the City Manager’s Proposed Budget for fiscal year 2026 –27 for the Measure P Sales Tax Fund is in compliance with the City’s approv ed Infrastructure, Facilities, and Equipment Expenditure Plan.
No changes to the staff recommendation are required as a result of the Committee’s action.
