1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.

City Clerk Bigelow called the roll.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG AND MOMENT OF SILENCE Led by Deputy Director Courtney Chase.
4. WORKSHOP
4.1 Strategic Plan: Continued Presentation and Discussion of the City's Draft 2026–2031 Strategic Plan
Kymberly Garrett and Sommer Kehrli, representing the Center for Organizational Effectiveness, gave a presentation on the item, and the City Council provided feedback.
