OPEN SESSION MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
There being a quorum of directors' present, in accordancewith the Bylaws of the Association, the Open SessionMeeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m. by Community Manager, Cindy Latino.

There were no members in attendance.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Millenia Community Garden Site Supplemental Declaration The Parking District Council ( PDC) approved the temporary one -hour parking time restriction from 8:00 am to 6: 00 pm as requested on behalf of Hotworx.
Additionally, the PDC recommended that the City Council submit any future parking adjustment requests that affect the street parking along Metro Avenue to the Millenia Parking District Council review and approval. Any future modifications to the proposed parking limitations should continue to meet the original intent and requirements of the Millenia Sectional Planning Area Plan.
The Board further requested the City Council consider providing greater flexibility and more time -efficient processing of future parking adjustment requests, including any modifications to the current request on Metro Avenue between Stylus and Optima Streets ( or north of Stylus to Artisan Street), by allowing City Staff to evaluate and approve future adjustment requests if they are found to be in conformance with the Millenia plan.
