City Clerk Van read the following written public comment submitted by Rick Hodgkins, "After reading the item number and analysis on the agenda, it is just my understanding, if I'm not mistaken that one of the areas chosen for improvement, is area 6, Sunrise Ranch. After doing some additional research, I found out, that this is my neighborhood. I will tell you, that on the East side of Sunrise Boulevard, about half of a mile North of Anteloupe, that the sidewalk ends, that which is dangerous and unsafe. I cannot help but that wonder if property owners flat-out refuse to have a sidewalk in front of their properties. If so, that the city can do it and put leans on their properties, should they choose to sell and uproot at some point in the near future."
