CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Industry, California, was called to order by Mayor Cory C. Moss at 9:00 a.m., in the City of Industry Council Chamber, 15651 Mayor Dave Way, California.
FLAG SALUTE
The flag salute was led by Mayor Cory C. Moss.
AB 2449 VOTE ON EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES (IF NECESSARY)
City Clerk Julie Gutierrez-Robles announced that Mayor Pro Tem Cathy Marcucci will take part in this meeting remotely for reasons related to just cause as set forth in Government Code Section 54953(j)(2)(C) (AB 2449). In accordance with the provisions of AB 2449, this meeting will be held in person and via a live webcast. Members of the public can attend the hybrid meeting and offer public comments either in person or via webcast.
Mayor Pro Tem Cathy Marcucci announced she was present via teleconferencing and not physically at the meeting due to just cause and confirmed that she was alone and not with anyone 18 years of age or older, per AB 2449 requirements.

OATH OF OFFICE
City Clerk Julie Gutierrez-Robles administered the Oath of Office to Mayor Cory C. Moss, Council Member Mark Radecki and Council Member Newell W. Ruggles.
Each member spoke of their appreciation to the Residents, Business Owners, Deputies, Sheriffs and City Staff and all are looking forward to the next four years.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the City Council adjourned at 9:08 a.m.
